I've tried a lot of the protein powders on the market over the years..every form of whey, egg, milk, combination formulas, etc. Almost every one caused me stomach and digestion issues, but not the Rule 1 Formula protein. This is hands down the best protein on the market. It seriously blows away all other brands!! Yes, its a little more expensive, but its worth every penny. I take it directly after workouts, and the results are great. I've started to use it in between meals, also with positive results. I'm noticing more muscle fullness and hardness, and quicker overall recovery. So far, I've tried the Frozen Banana, and the Cookies and Cream...both are delicious. The last tub is Strawberry and Cream but i haven't opened that one yet. The powder mixes very well and has no clumping up, so you don't feel like you are wasting any of it. I highly recommend it!! Skip the junk low quality powders and make your money count...your training and body deserve it.

Currently getting ready for my upcoming Physique show, I tend to be very picky with my protein. Taste is a huge thing for me since there are a lot of different ones that just taste very chalky and blah. To my surprise the Strawberry Creme is amazing and goes perfect with my meals. Not only does it taste amazing in water it also fits my needs for my diet. Can't wait to try out the other flavors!

This protein is the best! I mix it with almond milk for a quick, on-the-go breakfast and I also use it after I work out! It tastes amazing and is not chalky or chunky whatsoever!
